These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Premium77 ("Premium77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the services available at premium77.cam, including all sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other interactive gaming or promotional services offered therein.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, comprising any deposited real-money funds and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account in connection with a promotion, and which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a withdrawal can be processed, involving submission of a valid government-issued identification document such as a MyKad or passport.

To register and maintain an Account on Premium77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

5. You have not previously had an Account closed by Premium77 for breach of these Terms;
6. The funds you deposit are not derived from illegal activities, and you are not using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose.

Premium77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account where, in its sole discretion, the eligibility criteria above are not or cease to be met.

Each Player may hold onlyone (1) Account on Premium77. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Premium77 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

Your responsibilities regarding Account security include:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password;
• Not sharing your Account with any third party, including family members;
• Enabling two-factor authentication where offered;
• Notifying Premium77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensuring that no minor (person under 21) has access to your Account, login credentials, or the device you use to access the Platform.

Premium77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on Premium77 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, BTC, and USDT.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent);
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes;
• Premium77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees;
• Deposits made using cryptocurrency are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate calculations at the time of receipt.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods registered in your name and previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name;
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed;
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via DuitNow/FPX) are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions;
• Premium77 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, in particular withdrawals of large amounts or in circumstances indicating unusual Account activity.

Premium77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which supplement these general Terms and are published at the time of the promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page;
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Live sports bets may have their own contribution rate;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While any bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round is MYR 250–500 (as specified per promotion). Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the period specified (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception;

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players may not hold multiple active welcome bonuses simultaneously;
• Abuse: Premium77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a promotion has been abused, including through collusion, bonus-hunting strategies, or the use of automated systems.

All bets placed on Premium77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game type. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport- or game-specific rules, the specific rules apply.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted on available markets including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, UFC, and esports. Asian handicap, over/under, and match result markets are available across major fixtures. All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked.

Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted on selected live events. Premium77 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including where there is a technical issue, where a major incident has occurred in the event, or where the integrity of the market is uncertain.

Casino & Slots: All casino games on Premium77 operate using certified random number generator (RNG) systems. The published RTP of any game is a long-term theoretical average and does not guarantee any specific return in a single session.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, incorrect odds due to a manifest error, or where Premium77 determines that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Premium77:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or otherwise deceiving Premium77;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes or to exploit bonus systems collectively;
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions, including opening multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once;
• Arbitrage on Bonus Funds: Placing opposing bets on the same event using bonus funds to guarantee a risk-free return regardless of outcome;
• Match Fixing and Integrity Breaches: Participating in or facilitating any arrangement to fix the outcome of a sporting event;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical malfunction, pricing error, or manifest mistake in odds or game outcomes.

Confirmed prohibited conduct will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the Account, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referal to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Premium77 Platform — including but not limited to the Premium77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game content, software, and any other materials — is the property of Premium77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Premium77.

You must not use any Premium77 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premium77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any delay, interruption, or technical failure affecting the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your wagering decisions, including sports betting outcomes and casino game results;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures beyond Premium77's reasonable control;
• Events of force majeure, including natural disasters, network failures, or regulatory actions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Premium77's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Closure by Premium77: Premium77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reason to believe fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity has occurred;
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate closure;
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.

Where an Account is closed by Premium77 due to breach of these Terms, any balance — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances will be returned to you via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion between you and Premium77 may be referred to binding arbitration or alternative dispute resolution as appropriate to the jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your country or territory of residence. Premium77 makes no representation that its Services are lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction.

Premium77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographic errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
